Dante has been on MacDougal since 1915 and was named the World's Best Bar in 2019. The outdoor sidewalk patio is genuinely great , wide enough to feel comfortable, shaded in the afternoon, and always busy without being frantic. Dogs are welcome at the outdoor tables. Come for an aperitivo after 4pm when the Negroni service hits its stride. The Garibaldi (Campari + fresh orange juice) is the move if it's hot. Easy walk from Sullivan with Monty.
